In fact, they don’t deserve any star. I went to the shop this afternoon. They had a sticker on the freezer 3 frozen Vegies for $5.99. When I took my groceries to the checkout, the rude owner  probably the rudest denied to sell those vegies on their given price shown on their price tags. The rude owner simply started arguing with me and asked me to leave by his attitude. He was very happy to see me leaving. Just don’t know was he on prozac or not?

I have bought indian brand crisps from this store and I never expected a store to sell products which are out dated,  which is illegal.  I have opened the product but it smelled bad, so I checked the productes expire date and shockingly  it was in oct 2020.. almost an year older product. My bad didn't check it when I was buying it.. very bad experience.. I would avoid this store from next time.. please do check your product best before dates and make a purchase in this store. Thanks

I have been using Spice World to buy Indian groceries for years now and never have I ever come across any issues with any staff working in the shop. They have always been very friendly and attentive to help me with my needs. I have never seen any out of date products in this shop unlike other Indian grocery stores nearby I have been to. All the products sold in Spice World are always fresh and of good quality. I will keep using them as I can trust them with providing quality products consistently to their customers.

Overly priced very limited product availability…. Guy at the counter charged me more without any explanation… just not worth it

I had been to this store for quite few times after moving to gold coast. The service I've experience here probably the worst I've ever had in an Indian grocery shop..As a person I always prefer to buy our spices and other daily goods from Indian groceries in order to promote them in our local community as well.once I've bought two packets of spices and one packet of sultanas. No sooner had I gave those to my wife she said I've brought the wrong ones then I wanted to return those to the shop but they have denied to take in spite of Covid 19 but this reason doesn't make any sense to me. Once a customer visits the store they touch the products and they leave it as it is.. Am sure that they don't sanitise each and every products.If they would have sanitised every products then they could have taken back those products that I bought even though I went there to exchange not just return. Unfortunately they have denied of everything and I found it very rude and illogical. I am not coming back anymore.

I have been their customer from last six years. Never had any dramas or complaints. Very helpful staff and very nice customer service. Always greet customers with a smile and if you dont find anything ... Lady/man behind the counter always help and show where the product is and on top of that prices are cheap comparatively other shops. Love to go to this place.

I would say the best Indian grocery shop on the gold coast. Prices are comparatively cheaper. very nice customer service. serve with a happy face and helps finding products. I get Bangladeshi products too which saves my travelling.

Very friendly grocery store.... Low price then other Indian store... Never had any expired product in the store. Lady at the counter is really lovely with kids and she is really polite. We are really happy with the service and the quality of the food from this store.will recomend it to everyone

Don’t every buy. Not a single star the person on the counter has denied to give me additional item after he scanned it to machine. He also accepted his mistake because he forgot to notify the customer to take one more item to as a part of a deal. Very bad peron and no customer service at all. Avoid buying from this store specially.

I went there for the first time and the place was so so amazing. The shop owners were awesome, helped me out with all the questions I had regarding my groceries and questions regarding the city. The shop is one of the best Indian shops there is in the area of Southport, Robina, and Miami.  The shop has all necessary indian items and regular items too. MAJOR important thing to know is that the shop is super cheap and affordable. Would recommend to all.
