nnWhile staying on the Gold Coast recently, we shopped at Coles Labrador to pick up food for our family. We were really impressed with the range and selection available. The store was well stocked, easy to navigate, and had everything we needed in one visit. A great shopping experience and definitely a Coles I'd recommend.
Staff member on Monday afternoon 18th may. Tania. On self serve. Very helpful . So kind to me and with a nice smiling face. I had put through all groceries on my self serve and forgot to buy one item. As it was very busy she kindly put all my items aside while I went back in to get it. Thankyou Tania for your kindness to me.
This is my local. It's good when extra checkouts are staffed. I'm too old for self service. There's an older clientele here in Labrador Park. I would like to see smaller portions vegetables, bread, etcto cater for singles or older couples. I have a lot of waste food come rubbish day. Staffed checkouts are always friendly. No problem there.
Kylie and Zack both provided excellent customer service today while resolving a small issue with my Coles delivery — even though it wasn’t their fault. They were incredibly helpful, and I couldn’t fault them in any way. Thank you!
