By far the worst one yet, you ask the staff for help they literally act like you're inconveniencing their day. I asked for stock on an item, took about 20 min to get someone and it wasn't busy, then she came and I watch her go to the shelf come back and lie to me by saying she went in the back to look.nnIf you don't like your job, quit and get another, why make other people miserable.nnColes needs to put some standards in place, ridiculous.

After trying to do a weekly grocery shop here, I am amending my previous review.nI do not believe I could try and do another big shop here. It is fine, in my opinion for quick items but when I had a good look at the fresh meat selection, I found that the choices were limited and from working a good portion of my life in the meat industry the quality just didn't cut it for me. Other Coles have better choices and quality.nThe range of other items I was looking for just wasn't there.nI will drop in again for that quick visit to buy snacks or other small items but will avoid for the weekly shopping.nAnother draw back was the lack of checkouts open. One, a single checkout open until there were six of us in line with full trolleys. They then opened a second checkout.

Time for a makeover Coles Labrador. This one always has the worse fruit and veg as well. It feels like the Coles that got left behind. I know Its Labrador, but for what I'm paying, I'd like a ripe tomato/avocado once in a while. Staff are friendly.

I'm seriously considering travelling to another Coles , I have asked a few times now simple questions in Fruit & Vege section - Iam looked at in a hassled way by a young worker Zoe , her mannerisms are appalling for such a young lady ! The first time I shrugged it off , as maybe she was having a bad day - but then it's happened again . We are a community where there's definitely older folks , I feel this should be addressed as Iam not the only shopper that might ask a question . They should have mystery shoppers and get rated !  Not cool Coles Labrador .

The place is a good shopping centre, has everything you need. The place is very clean and has some good Christmas hams. The food looks fresh and there is a decent amount of specials to get a good deal. They are setting up all the Christmas decorations and the place looks very merry and welcoming. Good parking out the front and a good variety of takeaway shops nearby.
