Self serve kept telling me to scan a box of Pepsi Max that wasn't in my trolley. Had to wait for assistance multiple times and there were no check-outs open. It was slow and useless. First thing in the morning and there was no cheese or bread rolls on the shelves. Just sad! Perhaps all the cameras should be used to check stock on the shelves not people trying to serve themselves.
Worst customer service, I was trying to put my groceries down and had the customer service person stand right in my face and tell me to scan a large item, I was obviously struggling to find the bar code and he stood watching and telling me that it needed to be scanned, he me feel like I was intending on stealing. When I spoke to his supervisor she advised she would provide the feedback. When she walked up to him I overheard her insulting me and telling him he did nothing wrong. Coles is already like a jail and now they stand over you and watch..this was my first time attempting self service and found it extremely intimidating.
My family, usually do part of the weekly shop here. As there are many other stores in the same centre. It is convenient, as there is usually plenty of disabled parking available for my partner as she is in a wheelchair. And because of the variety of stores, it is like a weekly outing for her
I went in today to get a birthday and they had 1 pink cake that was damaged and it will take time to fix up for a birthday today I asked Renee at the front desk and I asked for a discount as its the only pink case there , she looked at me like I was a joke a proceeded to give me $1 off and just walked off ... geez thanks so much ....for your kindest and great customer service .... disgraceful
This is one of the worst coles stores around the new manager of the Deli counter is rude and obnoxious and does not tell the truth I have been buying Chicken roll for years now she tells me it is deleted from range in all coles stores a staff member told me she has deleted loads of productsnFrom the range, I have tried numerouse time to speak to the manager to no avail he/she is not available and they never answer the ph can someone please give me a call to discuss this issue
