Although the staff are great, the new store policy forcing all business customers/customers to take a store credit and no longer offering a refund, isn’t great.nnUnderstand the no refund or exchange for fresh or frozen products, but cleaning goods, why not a refund especially when a return was made within 5 minutes??nnUnfortunately, the changes made no longer gives the customer the option that they once had and from a personal perspective, will discontinue to shop at any store that only offers store credit.nnNo doubt you have your reasons for this, but in general, customer service and satisfaction has gone right out the window!
I shopped here today and had two bags rip on me as I picked them up, the staff overseeing the self checkouts were beyond generous and helpful, I can’t really vouch for the corporate side of Woolworths, but the boots on the ground really are just generous and kind.
Stood in line for 45minutes while colleagues talked shite. Paid for watermelon, got home and opened to find out it was almost fake like, complete jelly.
Worst customer service ever.nYesterday around 4 p.m., there was only one teller available. I queued behind a customer who clearly knew the teller. After an unusually long transaction, they proceeded to have a casual conversation about food recipes and personal matters—completely ignoring the waiting customers. Several of us were left standing for over 10 minutes while they finished their social chat.nThis behaviour is unacceptable, unprofessional, and highly disrespectful. Woolworths must address. Maybe professional training for tellers is a good start!!
Wish the shelves were stocked as well as Pacific Pines. And some staff could be friendlier and better presented, name tags would help in such situations.
