went in today just to get a coconut water and juice with my friend, i wasn’t even done closing the door when the lady with red hair in pig tails grabbed the handle of the fridge door and opened it against me?? like opened the door and hit my shoulder with it?? no “excuse me” no “sorry” just silently barged over and grabbed some juice i guess after hitting me with the door. really ridiculous and unpleasant, ive worked in customer service and had bad days but it’s pretty easy to not hit strangers. i’ve actually had multiple bad days while working and never hit anyone lmao but anyway. did complain in store and the other workers were nice tbf.
I ordered platters for the first time and can't get over how easy it was to do. The platters look just like the pictures and the presentation was amazing.
Although the staff are great, the new store policy forcing all business customers/customers to take a store credit and no longer offering a refund, isn’t great.nnUnderstand the no refund or exchange for fresh or frozen products, but cleaning goods, why not a refund especially when a return was made within 5 minutes??nnUnfortunately, the changes made no longer gives the customer the option that they once had and from a personal perspective, will discontinue to shop at any store that only offers store credit.nnNo doubt you have your reasons for this, but in general, customer service and satisfaction has gone right out the window!
I just went between to woolworths at 11:50 and 12:00pm and both stores have 0 chickens and no chickens for over 1hrnThat is absolutely pathetic. It’s literally Sunday lunch time and no one has chickens. No wonder everyone is obese because they’ll just go to maccas instead
I shopped here today and had two bags rip on me as I picked them up, the staff overseeing the self checkouts were beyond generous and helpful, I can’t really vouch for the corporate side of Woolworths, but the boots on the ground really are just generous and kind.
