Perfectly fine store, but the night shift long life staff are problematic. Blocking entire aisles with multiple pallets and cages so you can barely walk through with a basket, never mind with a trolley. Seem completely unaware that customers even exist. I get there’s work to do, but wow.
Lovely staff, great range of grocery items and clean store. I was also blown away when they offered to pay for my Xmas hams and groceries on Xmas eve. The very positive and altruistic staff culture in this store is at the forefront of their operations.

11pm last night the staff wouldnt let anyone get anything from fridge or freezer section i think power must of gone out with storms cause not sure if products are ok dont want anyone to get sick. At the self checkout The checkout person took my milk and said cant sell it same reason. Today went back and bought milk and ask staff this ok and didnt no anything about it. Are your fridge and freezer food ok? And everytime i go people are stocking shelfs and cant get down the aisle.
Well stocked and super friendly staff who are always happy to help. There is ample parking available, and is not overly busy. It is great for shoppers who are happy to use self checkout, as there are very only few managed tills.
I normally shop Woolies Williams landing but Featherbrook is only a few extra klm away but it feels like a supermarket, well presented, fruit and veg well stocked. I walked every a aisle and did buy more than expected but the store made me feel good, congratulations Woolworths Featherbrook
Overall is nice place to shop ,easy and convenient parking...wonderful.
I have to post this as this is the 3rd time its happening. Worst click and collect service of any store I have seen.They always forget a few items and then we need to call and go all the way back again.Pls train your team to deliver the whole order at once.
Usual Woolworths experience, staff is helpful. Usually go here later in the evening this may get annoying for someone who is doing a bigger shop since this is the time where they restock all their shelves and produce sections. Plus point is that its fairly empty very less traffic atleast on a weekday. Otherwise all good
Always packed with people shockingly even Tarneit wasn't like this. their self-service machines always mess up on me irritatingly, they tend to run out on things you specifically need but have everything else, it's fine though. I feel like point cook is a suburbia nightmare. Honestly if you're gonna find any people that are somewhat captivating and interesting you're better off going to the chemist warehouse nearby, they're far more engaging imo.
