Staff members are polite and do their jobs well. The store closes AT 10PM so please finish shopping 15 minutes earlier, so don’t come in after 9:30pm, the front doors will have started to close.nDon’t trust the price under the stock, often I’ll find the product is similar but not the same as the price tag directly below that item.
I visited the store today to buy mangoes and was very disappointed by the experience. Two boxes looked almost identical in size and packaging, but one was on promotion for $2.50 and the other was full price $3.50. The yellow promo sign on the shelf was confusing and did not clearly indicate which box was discounted — I only noticed at the checkout when the price rang up as $3.50 and realised I’d picked the non-promotional box.nnThe price signage is misleading and needs to be made much clearer. What made the situation worse was the staff member at the front desk who handled it. Although she admitted the signage was confusing, she kept arguing with me instead of apologising or offering a simple, professional resolution. Throughout the exchange she never once said “sorry,” which felt rude and unprofessional.nnUPDATEDnLater in the afternoon, I went back to speak with the front-line manager about this issue. Instead of listening, the manager kept interrupting and arguing with me. She claimed that none of the mangoes were on sale, even though there was a big discount sign clearly displayed above them. Despite the obvious mistake and her staff’s rude behavior, the manager refused to apologize.nnThis level of customer service is completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such disrespect and lack of accountability from both the staff and management.

the lady named jasmine in the deli was polite and happy to help. really great attitude and customer service. well done woolies point cook!
The place always looks dirty, the produce doesn't look as fresh as the competitors. And very frustrating when most of the staff walk around not speaking English.
