I dont understand why they dont restock items when they are showing in stock on the app. This is the third time I have to come and wait for an item to be brought from the back room
went to this woolworths on Thursday 8/8 at 9:30 PM, the staff is very rude. He mopped the floor and it was really slippery. I was wearing my sport shoe yet still slippery and i fell down, but the staff not even help or even say sorry, YET HE YELLED said “thats why i put a sign here”, then i replied “it’s too slippery”, then the staff yelled louder said the same thing. Luckily it was not my head touch the ground, i hold my head with my left arm and now half of my upper body sore, and my mind just cannot comprehend; how could i fell down because IT WAS TOO SLIPPERY my hand full of soapy thing after i fell down - for sure it’s too much soap or something else - YET THE STAFF WAS SO RUDE, not even say sorry or helpful. very disrespectful, lost of words of what he said.
Mould covered “fresh food” displays with dead bugs laying between the filth… get charged a fortune for basics and get sick while you’re at it.
Shelf price and scan price is different. Glass pieces were there on the floor in freezer line. Staff is good. Crowded.
