I had a great experience with Enrique Brussi during my visit to Woolworths in Williams Landing! He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist me in finding the products I needed. His positive attitude made the shopping experience much more enjoyable.nnAt checkout, Enrique was friendly and efficient, making sure everything was smooth and quick. It’s always nice to encounter someone who genuinely cares about providing good service. I appreciate his hard work and hope to see him there again

Well stocked, good range. However two times I have tried to visit the store at 9.30pm and the roller doors have been shut making it look like the store is closed from outside the shopping centre. Was googling nearby supermarkets open late before realising they're actually open until 11.00pm.nUnderstand if doors are being closed like 15-30 mins before closing time... But 1.5 hours? Come on...nnAttached pic is doors at 9.40pm when closing time listed 11.00pm.

This is our local Woolworths. My mum bought chicken wings that had 2 days remaining until the expiration. When she opened them up they stanked. This also happened to me a week before, also with chicken but a different brand from the same Woolies. I was upset so I went to return them, the staff members were lovely and apologetic, they gave me a refund plus offered another pack of chicken wings but I said no as this is the second time happening and I don't trust it anymore. They offered ro take something else instead of the same value. Another issue that I had was when I bought fresh capsicums, 3 of each colour yellow,green and red and 5 of them were rotten inside. So I made a decision that I would no longer buy from this Woolworth as the quality is on a level of 3rd world country. There is a local butcher and grocery store in the shopping centre and I never had any problems and that's where I will be shopping for my fresh produce from now on.

Helpful staff with the odd exceptions that one can find in every retail store these days.nThe stocks are generally not bad, although a lot can be improved on stocking promotional items sufficiently as a lot of times a product is on sale but never available to buy.nOffers the convenience of being open until the midnight and not one of those stores to rush customers in store an hour before close.
