Shame on you Coles. This is like 10th time happened to me. Coles 3L milk missing from shelf. Every time I have to ask staff to get it from back store room and they always have stock but never on shelfnToday I end up asking staff what is the reason you never have 3L full cream Cole’s milk on shelf and I got shocked by answer, staff said the manager has asked to keep the 3L milk range of coles brand in store room beacuse they make more profit on other brands and so that they won’t have any expiry on them as well. Shame on you Coles even though you make so much profit still you doing these kind of stuff to make money
The guy called Satchi at the register at Cole’s in point cook today started of ok, but then once i put my toilet paper in the belt to be scanned because he said he couldn’t do bulk items while scanning other stuff so I said that’s fine we will scan it after.nnHe then refused to scan my toilet paper saying I had to pay for it separately and couldn’t include it with my items to pay all together saying that’s it’s company policy that I had to pay for my toilet paper separately I wasn’t going to be doing 2 separate transactions this guys needs to be trained properly and want what he saysnnHe also was questioning me because I used my team card as if it was his business I work in another Cole’s he was questioning and that was none of his business
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store for shopping. A friend and I need a few things and went in on a Monday evening around 9 PM. It was a very unpleasant experience. The store looked shabby. Empty boxes, dirty floors and most disappointing fact is that there was self check out only. No choice! No staff there to scan items. I asked the supervisor to help, as I refuse to do my own scanning. I don’t work there. I never use self checkout. The lady couldn’t care less. I am fed up with billion dollar corporations, cutting staff and charge more. Won’t shop there again.
While store Itself is ok with the products available, few staff/store manager are so rude they shouldn’t be working there if they don’t care about customers or simply don’t want to respond. I have been shopping mostly for last 5 yrs and excellent experiences in other locations. Now I’ll go elsewhere and not this store.
