Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store for shopping. A friend and I need a few things and went in on a Monday evening around 9 PM. It was a very unpleasant experience. The store looked shabby. Empty boxes, dirty floors and most disappointing fact is that there was self check out only. No choice! No staff there to scan items. I asked the supervisor to help, as I refuse to do my own scanning. I don’t work there. I never use self checkout. The lady couldn’t care less. I am fed up with billion dollar corporations, cutting staff and charge more. Won’t shop there again.
The refund desk customer service manager don’t know her name, but a long haired middle aged Indian looking women with full of Gold jewelry on her neck and hands and arms has a horrible attitude to customers , she rejects to help and rude to customers, roll her eyes up, and told customers: No, it not! Without any apology or friendly face. Used to love shopping in Coles, but want to never shopping there Again
Please educate your staff that if a paying customer cannot locate a product and ask staff on the floor for a little guidance not to say ‘not my job I pack online orders’ tried to get help from staff member Lisa and her boss and it seemed that I was a hindrance for asking for help. Seems to me that online orders is all the supermarket staff care about and not the actual customers in the store. Poor form Cole’s point cook
Nice presentation and vibe of this store, but bit more expensive than other Coles, had issues at checkout and was not able to pay using my Amex.
Thumbs down to this Coles that don’t even deserve the 1 star. Not only do you need to scan and pack your own groceries as there are never many serviced checkouts open but most weekends you need to go and find your own trolley as the trolley bay is always empty. All this work by myself while Coles keep recording record profits.
