Having invested in upgrading the store, which was overdue given the state of the old one, I’d like to see them also improve their customer service. Having just one staff member at the tills and then waiting 10-15 minutes for item price checks and arguing with the manager about a wrongly labelled item – their fault, not mine – is a far cry from a positive experience. Your reputation is at an all-time low and you need to do better to retain your customers.
Great customer service and very quick check out. This Coles in sanctuary lake center is not smaller than normal Coles but still can find pretty good range. The isles are wide and clean.
The Rhine is pretty good if you are wanting pretty good and also do be mindful of the parking. It can be a bit hard to find a parking spot at the shops
I’ve noticed the chicken at the deli counter looking a bit off on my last few visits, but decided to give it a try today. Unfortunately, the honey soy chicken nibbles were completely inedible. Even after cooking, they tasted incredibly sour and spoiled, like they had been bad for a long time. Very disappointed with the freshness standards here recently
this supermarket has many things to buy , but really want them to stock more Chinese, Korean and Japanese items like food, cooking ingredients, snacks and more Asian products
