The store is ok, however those displays at the front of the aisle are too close to the registers and very hard to squeeze past trolleys and people. Some staff are friendly but some of the staff are so rude. I always avoid those rude staff members so I don't feel comfortable coming to this Coles often. I use self serve mostly to avoid them.

OK. The shop is generally hectic with crowds of family shopping. Parking can be perilous. Shop a little small for the population. Customer service is generally very good and personable.

So bloody busy. All the time. Registers and fridges are so close to end of isle so it bottle necks everyone and you can get stuck waiting to get past. No one cares and they just stand there with their kids or trollys in the way. Every time I go there i walk out annoyed because people are so rude. It's partly Coles fault coz they've packed in the isles to close to everything.

It has a good selection just like every other Coles, however the difference is the staff are very friendly and it's often very clean.
