I am extremely disappointed in the way the store manager Rachel basically ignored my complaint. All I got was Yeah yeah yeah.nSecondly, my husband went to get a rain check and she said to the other worker oh here we go. Really. That is extremely rude. Her customer service is disgusting!nnThere were no trolleys in the store or even in the bays outside. I had to follow the trolley guy because store policy is that he can't give them out. He had 7 trolleys with 3 people following him. I have multiple health issues and cannot be walking all over the place looking for a trolley.nnThis is the second time we have had to get a rain check for the same product.nnIt's not the first time that Rachel has been dismissive or rude but today she made my blood boil. Customers should always be treated with respect, Customer service 101.

I do my shopping here nearly every Saturday and most of the time it’s the same lady at the self service, she is lovely, very polite and helpful. Today while checking out I heard her getting reprimanded very loudly in front of a lot of customers by another worker how wasn’t even working that day. The poor lady was clearly embarrassed and was trying to keep working while  being told off. I think this is absolutely disgraceful, if she had a problem with her work she should have talked to her about it somewhere private not in the middle of self service at full volume while she was trying to do her job.

An absolute disgusting store. The staff serving at the self service around 4:15 PM 4th March 2026,nHave shown racism. I was just waiting and calling multiple times, she even avoided the eye contact when I was calling. If they had any important work to stand not help me atleast they can come and tell someone else will attend please wait.nAn absolute shame on them  , they are getting paid to help others

I was shopping and couldn’t find the eggs yesterday however, James helped me find the product efficiently and was super respectful by pointing me in the right direction. This young man has a bright future.

The security guard stood right next time me, watching me scan, pack and pay for my items. When I finished paying he went back to standing near the exit, he glared at me as I left the store.nThe intimidation was completely unwarranted and I believe this type of behaviour is aggressive. He could have stood from a polite and respectable distance and still have seen everything he needed, there is also no need to glare and try to intimidate a customer as they are leaving.nI was treated like a criminal when I only had about 5 items, was in the store for maybe 5 minutes and only had an empty woolies bag with me, which was also thoroughly inspected by the security guard before I started scanning.nnThis is just ridiculous.
