Had a bad experience with supervisor Jeevan who didn’t accept my return as it was priced more than at another place. She was very rude and said you’re literate you can read the returns policy.
STUPID REFUND POLICY!!! 4:30PM 22/9/2024 The woman assisting staff at self-checkout area rude to me when I tell her I need refund for the moccona coffee just bought for less than 1 hour. She frowningly said to me they do not accept change of mind refund and left me wait at the customer service counter without any support from other staff.nTotally disappointed and disgusted.
Collected an order today. I was amazed at how friendly the service is COMPARED TO Wyndham Vale! Very prompt and very friendly. To the young lady long blonde hair who delivered our order to my car - you're amazing!
Always busy but humble staff at this Woolworths, we usually visit once a week but its always good to get the needed stuff.nSharing some pictures of brick farm which my young daughters put together.
