Wonderful experience today. Nicole was very kind and smiled all the time.nAfter my shoping bill. She showed tremendous patience to help cash out $$. The attempt failed twice due to wrong account selection, she encouraged to use all options on the card to go through.nAmazing service, appreciate going for an extra mile.
Nice Coles in Werribee central, bit smaller than normal Coles, but have most of the line items. I like the vibe of the store. The staff is very helpful. Parking may be an issue due to the busy area and other shops around.
This coles is conveniently located with 2 big entrances from front side as well as from back with huge free parkingnnThe Aisles are well equipped with all the brands and their products.nStaff is good and helpful. went their for quick shopping and got everything easily..nnthere are many food outlets around this coles to have some food while do your grocery shopping
Great handy store but smell of sewage outside door and at entrance to the shop is appalling in the evening time. Seems to have been an issue the past year and it’s very foul smell really puts me off going back to do the shopping. My poor missis wonders why she’s been doing the shopping on her own the past 12 months. I’ll leave this to Cole’s Werribee to answer.
Never have any on the go drinks at the front always lacking stock at this Cole’s do not recommend running in and grabbing the things you want because it probably won’t be on the shelves
