Nice Coles in Pacific Werribee with fully stocked isles and staff is very helpful. I like the vibe and presentation of the store. It's very busy due to its location, plenty of check outs. This store also has a great variety of indoor plants.
Long ques and never have any workers at the registers so you’re forced to scan everything yourself. I did not realise I was now a worker? At the very least they should give 10% discount. Click and Collect easily takes 30-40 minutes. They obviously need to hire more staff but corporate greed always wins. On the upside they always have what I need and shop is tidy and clean. Flowers are very nice.
If I could give negative stars I would. The store was incredibly busy and I had another customer push the trolley into my 22w pregnant tummy with my 3yo daughter sitting in the trolley.
Deepti Mehta is the most horrible staff at Coles pacific werribee plaza. She is so rude and unprofessional. She yelled at me while waiting in the queue for self checkout. She need to get more customer service training. It happened to me twice. Last time she also misbehaved with me. Looks like she is in wrong job.
Can I thank Mya for going out of her way to hout a customer. Certainly didn’t need to help me out but great customer service Coles Werribee Plaza 26/2/25 at 5.30 PM.
