Previous gave 5 stars but now I changed my opinion. 
It seemed that the service in the shop was great. However, when the product was delivered, I found they were just friendly but failed to give important information before making a decision. 
I purchased a Miele washing machine to find out they focused on selling more expensive model without fatal information. I already told the sales person this was for newly built unit - they should know what this mean; how water tap would be connected. When the machine delivered, I found I should cut out wall of sink to make a hole because of a junk sticking out next to water hose, which never mentioned by sales person. 

The machine was dumped on hallway of unit, I became so frustrated without making decision what to do with this expensive object. I wonder if they have ever studied what they are selling. 

After purchasing product I scored 5 stars because I was so impressed by their friendly service but now I downgrade 1. I would prefer rude manner if they study their product well and  allow me to make  informed and proper decision

I bought a range of Ilve appliances from Winnings. The sales guy Joshua Berry beat all my best prices I had obtained even staff discounts at other stores. He also got me in an Oliveri sink in three days when the other supplier took over 2.5 weeks and still hadn't arrived. Thanks Joshua. 

They appear to have their own delivery staff who are excellent, keep you informed and prompt with deliveries. 

These guys will do great deals if you ask and service is very good. I believe they are affiliated with Appliances Online.

Ordered an oven without much fuss. No confirmation of delivery until we called up. Then told oven could not be delivery meant to be a week later had to be postponed. After insisting, an oven was "found" to be delivered. Working from home today waiting for oven because a more narrow delivery window was not possible.
