I'm was very dissapointed and very upset with the way Windsor handled my income protection and they should be ashamed of the way they backed dated my claim to when I was on work cover and earning a full wage, so for 8 months they claimed that they gave me income protection when I was earning a full wage, so in their own words, they owed me nothing for the first 8 months, and because I asked for another claim to be done, they claimed that it was another claim exactly like the first claim, so being a second claim, they then only had to give me 65 percent for only 16 months, but according to every avenue that I complained to over the next 2 years, they could legally do that, they say that they are fair and you should trust them, in my opinion they are untrustworthy and only after your money and paying you as little as they can. I WOULDNT TRUST THEM AT ALL, THE ARE HAVE NO MORALLS, AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS.
