Absolutely terrible service. Don't bother trying to get a quote from these guys. I called up and spoke to a lady called Michelle (Warragul Branch) regarding Public Liability Insurance for my Earthmoving company. From the beginning she was rude and unhelpful. She mentioned she would get a quote for me the following day. I didn't hear from her so after 4 days I called back and she started making excuses why a quote wasn't available. She then went on to explain that she wasn't prepared to quote on Public Liability Insurance unless the Excavator and Truck was also insured with them. Don't know why she didn't mention that 4 days earlier and saved both of our time. I would recommend Bluewell Insurance Brokers who were able to give me a quote not only the same day but also on the very first phone call - I will be going with them.
