Pricey but great if you’re visiting Boatbuilders Yard and walking down the Yarra towards Crown. Very expensive if you go there during the week, better to park here on weekends or towards the evening.
I managed to get out of my parking bay quickly, and then immediately was stuck in non-moving traffic not one inch in 22 minutes and counting. To think we pay for this. For comparison, I am accustomed to heavy post-event traffic, going to AFL at Marvel, but at least there you have an inkling of motion. Here there is nothing - from a crowd of only 5000. That's pretty poor. Very unlikely I will bother attending any more events at this venue again.

Beautiful venue. If you come by car, Google map always direct you to Spencer entry which does not have parking facility. If come by car, you better navigate through wurundjeri way or try navigate to south wharf dfo
Attended Van Gough exhibition at Lumo on Sat 21 May. Lost 30 minutes getting to parking entrance. Parking entrance and following traffic circle, poorly managed. Lots of unnecessary congestion created. Could be better managed.
It's nice that it's underground and centrally located for events, but otherwise it's just a very large car park. The spaces are relatively narrow and the attendants take forever to respond, but it's nevertheless a pretty standard large impersonal carpark experience.
Cheap to book online, heaps of parking, easy access and good park for Plenary or Exhibition centre
