Rip off , don’t trust this business. I bought a bundle pass for 5 days and followed the instructions they email you to get in and out perfectly well. However, they charged me for a full normal day on top of what I had paid for the pass; they doubled charge my parking for the whole week. When requested a refund they said I had bought another package, which was not true according to my purchase evidence. I shared this information in my workplace and many others had had similar experiences when they checked their bank account. Check your bank account !
Not happy. Check you bank account if they double charge you, as they double charged on more than one occasion. Especially if using the app. I only found out the double charges when I looked at my bank statements. I have had two charges reversed but there were lack of communication as to why this occured. One more annoying thing is that they always asked for parking receipt when dealing with queries, but using the app means there is no receipt. The one-star is because I have asked them the reason of the double charge, whether I didn't follow the instructions of the booking or other things. This was two weeks ago and no reply, hence I just stopped using the car park.
Take the booking but when you reach there the car park is full. Very poor management
This was a few years ago now, but my car was burgled twice here. Won't go into detail as to what was stolen but it was in my boot therefore out of sight. I tried contacting them about it and they said their cameras weren't working. Basically quick to dismiss anything and they would never have enough patrol during the day while you parked there for work. Disgrace of a carpark. Also constant issues with their machines. I had a corporate card and a few times I had to pay out of my own pocket for the charges. Just be mindful that there is no security or functioning cctv if you're choosing to park here even if you see cameras, they're likely not operational. There is a large state housing apartment just around the corner. It's no wonder these sort of things have the propensity to occur, coupled with ineffective security.
Car was broken into on 10/11/2021. Not secure at all. Whole car was gone through and was absolutely ransacked. Finally got a hold of someone by saying I was stuck in carpark and lodged a claim. Was told to give details to police. No one at site to help out. Not parking here again
Elevator still broken after 3 weeks. Not sure if you repaired it and it broke again in this time but its a joke for disabilities.

$20 for 1hr parking. What a rip off!
This Wilson car park is corrupt!! Charged me $75.94 for the day & I even had a promocode discount as I used to park there every week!! Absolutely no loyalty to their customers or Epathy!
Cheapest parking around if using book a bay - $12.50 for the day in West Perth. Can then just tap in and out with the credit card - no need to line up for the ticket machine. People complaining that it was $20 for an hour must be getting confused with another car park. I’ve never paid more than $17 for an entire day
