Reasonably secure carpark with the usual city fees. Less "tight" so there's less worry that you'll rub your car on a wall or bollard. Now to the nitty gritty. Getting into the carpark is easy. Getting out is a whole other story, especially after an event at the RAC arena on a weeknight. Expect to be sitting in your car for thirty minutes to an hour just waiting to leave. I'd recommend parking elsewhere. You might have to walk ten minutes and it beats waiting an hour to exit this carpark.
On the first floor of this car park there is about 5 ACROD parking bays, next to that, there is 12 electric car charging bays.. not sure why there is more parking on the first floor for people who own teslas over people who use mobility aids. Do better.
Good parking with good rates. Close to RAC Arena. Easy access. Just watch for some people who drive a little faster for a carpark!
Decent size, doesn't seem to be as tight as many of the other city carparks. Good price, especially for a full day.
Elders Car Park is well located. It’s a short walk to the Centre of Perth, but an easy quick walk. I could always find a park. The times I have been there it’s always been clean. I do not like parking in the city due to the parking cost. With a few long meetings in the City I found Elders Car Park affordable. At the day rate it is even cheaper than 2 hours at some of the other parking options. Parking bay size is acceptable. I drive a medium size vehicle.
There's always available parking spaces here throughout the day, and it's one of the cheapest ones in the city. If you don't mind a little bit of a walk between your car and where you want to go, this is definitely the parking complex you wanna go to. You can also get to this one without having to drive through the city, which is a huge bonus.
Modern facilities for motorcycle parking, with a restricted access cage that can only be opened with a valid ticket. Good price too at only 6 dollars per day for motorbikes. Motorcycle entrance is only available off Elder St though.
For me it is a good location for work, easy to access and exit, and there always seems to be a few bays available no matter when.
Spacious bays. Very convenient to get on and off the freeway. Entry and exit are wide without awkward turns unlike the cramped parking lots in the city.
I used there for full day parking, costed $16, cheapest in Murray street, a few min walk to Hay street. But it is very close to Freeway and dont stuck in CBD traffic. Easy access from mounts bay road.
