Lifts are out of service. Not signed on entry. We took a less than ideal path with a newborn and toddler to leave the carpark, up and down ramps used by cars. Expensive parking.
Generally as to be expected for city centre parking: tight spaces, exorbitant prices, handy location, fairly secure. Except: * Signage in entryway could be clearer once you start down the brick surrounded drive it feels like you’ve turned to early even though you haven’t. * Weekends have only a single payment option, which is for a full day - no hourly or half hourly rates. So, it’s $20 even if you only need to visit the city for an hour or two. * And the pay machine is not set up to handle that, so it leaves a lot people confused which in addition to be confusing for you personally, means a long wait behind other people as they try to work it out too.
Be careful parking here. We went to a wedding. Went to level 3 to pay as it said to. Paid was a short and sweet ceremony Do was $16 something. Then went straight to the lift and each time it opened it was full. About 5 lifts later we finally got one as they got out to pay for parking. We raced to the cars and got to the gate ASAP only to be charged a Further $7 something!! That’s a scam. They have the lifts set up to have the bottom and top and priority so it never came to us empty. Careful I will never park there again!! You have been warned it’s there way to get more money from you putting the pay station on the level that didn’t get priority with the lift!! We were all very much annoyed!!!
This place is dodgy beyond belief. I parked here on a Saturday night and am back well before closing time. What do you know, all the pedestrian access doors are locked... on all floors. The car road entrance is locked too and eventually I manage to get in by walking up the exit ramp. I called the office to ask why all the doors are locked and the person I speak to cannot care less "I dunno, I'm in Sydney", I try to get some more information about if anything is going to happen to avoid this is in the future... "I dunno", no hint of customer service or the slightest bit of empathy, not even a fake apology. They charge ridiculous prices to park here, and what does that get you? Certainly not customer service, or even just access to your car to pay your ticket and leave... more than half the time the lift never works, I've had their machines chew up my tickets, it's ridiculous that this place can exist and still operate. ---- EDIT ---- IN RESPONSE TO SECURE ----- This happened on the 25/2/17 at 10:25pm
DON'T PARK THERE IF YOU HAVE A MOTORCYCLE. Someone tried to steal my motorcycle 2 times already during the morning. Next time park to the exhibition centre. Also more cheap!
Would not use them again, not Secure at all, my car got broken into during the day... I work in the building above the car park and afew of my workmates have had their vehicle broken into as well over the years. We pay for Secure parking so you expect your car to be safe. I reported to security and they said report to police, pretty standard response.
$37 For less than 2 hours! Government Advertising $10 all day parking. Attendant said only if you book in advance. Doesn’t tell you that on the ad. I will take this further!
$14 an hr to park yr car. Absolute disgrace no wonder Perth is regarded as the most expensive place to be on Earth! I'm still getting over the $16 for an hour and ten minutes i was charged to do business in the CBD!! I could go on for hours about your parking facility, you rip offs! Never ever, even if was dying from a gunshot wound to the neck and had to park i would never park here again! You're a Joke, you better hope i don't die, blood will be on yr hands!
Homeless people hanging around on level B5 - no response when pushing the button to contact someone - my car broken into once already. Tried calling the 1800 number...30 minute wait time on the recording. Worse than no service at all.
have prebooked twice in a row and the website allowed me to make the bookings, only to find out that there is no access to the car park, if the car park is not going to be open how about notifying your customers in advance or actually not allowing to book on those days, we book in advance to get the discounts and end up losing out
