Good location, but it's a bit of an awkwardly spaced carpark and some of the turns are tight. The stairs/ lift have a dodgy vibe, and they have an "anti loitering"  device producing a loud high pitched sound that is seriously annoying when I'm waiting forever for the lift.

$25 for 2 half hours parking. No wonder nobody parks in the city
