Secure Parking - Barrack Bridge Car Park

This is the worse carpark I have ever been to. No credit card or paypass facilities. Tickets often don't work. No facilities for people who are deaf to be able to talk to a person. You get overcharged. Only used it because it's convenient for work, but definitely needs an overhaul in systems.

Cheap but service is bad. My coin was stuck in the ticket paying machine. Pressed intercom but directed me to a number whats the point of intercom then. Called number but never went through. Paid more than I should as change not given either.

there are always spots to park, even on the weekends. but its the last resort place to park for us, especially with other "safer", cheaper, and closer to the city parking lots around.

11/03/22: Entered car park at approx 11.05 am and exited at 12.10pm. CC not accepted nor debit card. Paid cash $8.20 at a separate machine. Receipt inc charge of 20C MASTER and last four digits of card not mine given REPEAT - I PAID CASH ! Receipt stated totally incorrect entry and exit times of 7.53 am and 9.45 am. Clearly CANNOT TRUST the charging system at this and how many other car park - at least 6 errors !!!

Parked there, machine kept credit card. Have been trying to get in contact since but wasted about an hour on hold over several phone calls. Closest I got was you're caller 2 and the wait time is less than 2 minutes - then they hung up. More a critique of customer service than parking, but feel its an opportunity for improvement.

Central to middle of Freo, near the town hall, library, local shops, food court and is behind cafe strip ships. Shady, secure parking. Reasonably priced. I think first hour is free. Great way to avoid parking tickets in Perth. Several tiers with elevators or stairs. Beware of narrow parking spaces - they are usual sized spaces for multi-level parking

I have to agree that weekend price is nice only 6 dollars for Saturday, when I went to pay the fee it says on the screen $6.00, I pay it with my card and then I see that in reality they have charged my card $6.15. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!

Hard to find entrances/exits, me and a few drivers got stuck on a weekend when 1/2 machines were down and the 2nd one wouldn’t take our credit cards, you’re trapped inside and have to deal with talking to the Phillipines and being on hold for 5/10 minutes. Don’t go here you’ll get stranded.

Reasonable location close to museum. Antiquated boom gate entry/exit prone to failure. If you book on the website, you will get a pin number to use which is more satisfactory.

Book on secure a pass, when i arrived and key in pass, it doesn't work. I then have to press a ticket since 3 cars behind me waiting. Next, once i try to pay at the machine, they aren't accept debit card, only accept cash or credit card which not much people carry cash around.
