Hopelessly lost, raining & couldn't find my car. A lovely couple in the lift tried to help, explained there were more than 1 (restores my faith in humanity) Josh, the Manager, is an absolute legend & a credit to the Wilson Parking organisation. New to area, unaware there were 3 Wilson car parks in East Perth, I started to panic when I couldn't find my vehicle & I had a flight to catch. Josh actually went above & beyond, introduced himself, looked at my photo of the level I parked & then gave me & my parcels a lift in his car to the other car park & dropped me right at my car. Overwhelmed with gratitude, super impressed with such outstanding customer service & I made my flight to site! Thank you Josh, kind strangers & Wilson Parking. Just an idea, number them all?

Needed short term parking - went to Kings Complex, Hay Street, where I've been before many times in the past - was away for 1 hour, 30 seconds and was charged an exorbitant amount of $20 + 16 c processing fee!! That's done it for me with Perth parking. Absolutely disgusted.

$9 per Half hour, with no grace periods.. I hate this place.. You're better off leaving your car on the sidewalk.. At least the police will take longer than 30min

One of the most reasonably priced parking complexes in Perth, it's even cheaper if you book online ahead of time.
