Payment options are last century.  Who carries cash or plastic any more?  And I’m a baby boomer!  Cost me a lot of time and inconvenience to go and get cash as part of a Woolies transaction.  Sort of explains why they have spaces available whilst the rest of  city car parks are full.

Charged an additional $8 fee for leaving early. Don't agree with the logic of charging someone extra for freeing up a car space early.

Secure car park is located at a great location busy murray street. 24hours parking facility but public car park is only available on level 4 and above. Lifts and stairs are available. Exit from carpark takes you on either Murray street which I usually take and I believe Gays street.

The price is too much and the time restrictions for a day park are annoying. I fell sick one day and had to leave at 1:30. Got penalized for leaving early. Also cutting off leaving at 11pm is a joke, the booking should run to 12pm

Can’t pay with PayPass. Can’t pay with the current generation of Australian currency. Can’t raise anyone on their helpline to see what form of barter they accept. Larry David writes sitcoms about operations like this car park.

Avoid at all costs !  Extremely expensive, very dirty, difficult to enter, rude staff, difficult to park. Do yourself a favour: find a nice place to park and walk if you have to.

This car park has just relentlessly increased its rates ever since I started parking here, I imagine hoping no one will notice. The price increases on the earlybird parking are daylight robbery. There are no new services or incentives being offered to park here to correspond with these price jumps so I won’t be coming back.

Checked the website for overnight prices, got a different price on leaving. Tried making a complaint, got fobbed off. Would of stayed somewhere else closer and cheaper otherwise. Deceptive, dishonest with pricing.

I’m giving you one star because of your greediness BUT....one more star because you’re very close to my new work. So it’s just dumb luck you actually rate higher than one star. It’s very expensive to park here...$32.00 for 8 hours, plus 75 cent credit card fee. Nice.

Could be cheaper for the working people but other wise not to bad
