While the early bird does afford you one of the cheaper places to park in the city, this parking lot receives barely any maintenance / attention from Wilson. Its easier to just forget its there and claim the money. one or on occasion both lifts are frequently out of action, simple things like a ticket slot guide for the exit gateways are neglected and left missing/broken for over a year now

Pricing was average, there were a few spots available but the stairwell is disgusting and reeks of urine, and the lift wasn't much better. Needs maintenance

Wouldn't recommend this car park at all. I was a minute over the hour and they charged $4 extra. Has happened several times. Go CPP! I definitely won't be parking here anymore.

Convenient, thankfully level 2 was empty as it’s difficult to fit the iMax in those small parking bays. Stairs full of urine. Almost tripped over a homeless guy on the way out the 1 way exit. At least it is supplying shelter. $10.08 for about 5 hours parking on a Saturday night.

Don't park here, especially if it's after 9am on a week day. They'll let you in the boom gates regardless of available parking spots and then you'll spend the next 30 minutes inching your way forward along with about 50 other hopefuls, all of you gnashing your teeth and getting later and later for work. Bad show Wilson.

Was a good place to park for an RAC Arena event

Really well situated Carpark. If you have a big car i wouldnt recommend it, the spots are quite small. We couldn't find the way back in which was a bit strange! Ended up walking down the car ramp. But if your after shops nearby it is a good place to park

As good as you can get in the city  2.1m height good for 4wd  Don’t have to line up to pay on the machine you can pay on the way out, you just don’t get a receipt.

early bird was $14 now crept up to $17. Have had car broken into before with very little help after the fact they dragged their heels so long the CCTV was lost. A lot of homeless people hanging around and people asleep in the lift etc. Recently repainted so not as dilapidated as it used to be but regularity " accidentally " overcharge. On two seperate occasions I have had to show  bank receipts on my phone to prove I shouldn't be charged a second time before they let me out of the building.
