Expensive, smelly and dangerous. 1 The stop signs for cars to wait for other cars coming up the ramps on level 4 and 6 have been missing for months and not replaced. A driver continued looking for more bays as they didn't know they should stop and hit my car. 2 The roof leaks on level 4 when its raining. There are puddles which aren't removed, making the concrete slippery when walking. There is brown mould on the ceilings and it stinks. 3 The bays against the walls are front end parking only and the bays' bumpers are so high so that if you have a sedan your front mud guard under the engine is damaged. Mine was ripped off the screws. 4 The exit signage flashes between 'more bays' and 'exit' and there is no light. The sign is small, in red writing and doesn't shine bright enough to see properly, so you can miss an exit ramp.
This is the same rotten, old, stinky, cramped, poorly designed multi storey carpark that's been sucking Perth dry for decades with its exorbitant prices for the one and only thing it offers - a convenient location. After being stuck in a line for the ticket machines for 10 minutes, and then the narrow exit lanes for 20 minutes I decided I will never ever go here again. I'd rather park in Kings park and walk into town. It would take the same amount of time but be cheaper and far more pleasant.
Great location and good price! Was a bit worried about how much I would have to pay as the rates were not clear, but at the end I paid a fair price for a parking in the city!
Parking was an ease but mens and ladies toilets were absolutely disgusting. The cleaning department should be ashamed of themselves.
Nice car park, car likes it. Within very short walking distance to the CBD malls on Hay and Murray streets. Probably not the best for larger cars and definitely too low for any lifted 4wd. Just fine for all small to medium cars though. Often come across homeless people sleeping in the lifts and stairwells of an evening and the toilets are usually filthy.
Convenient location. I drive a big car. The parkings are tight and the driveways especially right after the ramps are pretty tight. Please only park small cars in these parking lots otherwise big car drivers will have a hard time squeezing through.
Great to have 3 hours free parking on weekends, though very pricy for any time over that. This car park is one of the popular onces and any events near by can cause very long queues to exit. The exit ramps are also very narrow so be careful. But for free parking in the city, it's great.
Veeery narrow, felt claustrophobic. Good location and price though
Great location however as with all CPP parking the parking fees are going to increase soon. Paypass almost never works on the parking payment machines so consider bringing cash instead. Furthermore, people with larger vehicles may find it difficult to exit as it is quite narrow and contains a sharp turn.
This car park is a nightmare to park at if you have a 4x4 or large SUV. almost every bay you have to park forward facing. Good location but small spaces
