Tight getting into the parking area, having to stop on a hill sucks but prefer this space over others as its easy to get to and close to my work.

Fair pricing. Lots of parking spots. Would recommend anyone who parks regularly to get a parking card. The parking card gives you an extra 0.5% every time you top it up.

One of the cleanest parking lots I've been in. Staff actually help immediately instead of waiting like some other lots.

Could be fair bit cheaper, its often full paying well off the costs of the rates and bills to run it. As-well as the wages of their staff who at time appear to be over staffed, saw 5-6 employees on some days doing I don't know what?... Only need 2 people 3 tops to secure and solve customer inquiries. Additionally the machines often have issues.. e.g. slowing down, dirty screens and problematic exits. All potentially resolved from good customer service, which is what tipped this review a little over to the negative side. Having payed always ahead of time finally the exit had glitched on me, so I rang help and explained I payed for a ticket but it said I had not, whilst displaying my ticket in the comms camera for evidence. With a reply no you haven't payed, so I repeat myself, the gentleman insists I haven't payed. Even after relaying the date and license plate on the receipt still hesitancy. Some respect would be appreciated if you don't trust people then get out and check, I'm the customer who pays the company and its workers wages. Have a fixed procedure for me to prove my case rather than push the agenda for one's intent to jip the system.nnI have worked over 7 years in the customer service industry and this was a disappointing experience!

This is my favourite car park in Perth. It’s well maintained and spotlessly clean. It actually smells lovely! That’s right, when can you say that about a car park. Smells pine fresh. The cleaners should be commended.
