Secure Parking - City West Car Park

No signs to say we needed to pay upfront!! When we paid at the end of the day when we went to scitech, we paid the $5 and then got to the car and saw a fine!!!! We could've easily paid $5 and a bit more if we only knew. $80 fine was more than the tickets we bought

I have been unemployed and I just managed to get a 1 day a week job during Covid - a task in itself. I was told by my employer located in West Perth to use the Scitech parking rate of $5 a day.So that’s what I did and instead I got landed with a $77 parking fine! I can understand this is normal times but seriously during theses times where people are struggling and the parking lot is empty!!!

the location is good. However, the support team and TMS traffice monitoring service did zero help when I need to appeal the unfair ticket, it took me 2 weeks to email with them, by saying that dont event think about anyone will pick your phone if you are about to call them, then I explained the machine did not work when I was trying to pay, they just play the ball game well, never handle and process the appeal, so if you have to park there then you need to make sure you have phone, card and cash with you just in case.

Always plenty of parking spaces available and usually able to get disability parking when required. Cost of parking overridden if attending Scitech by getting ticket validated at Scitech. Slightly rounded ramp up to elevator has the potential to be unsafe if not totally vigilant when pushing a wheelchair.

So wrong that city west parking do not allow scitech to put up a sign informing their patrons they can get cheaper all day $5 parking once in scitech. We got stung with the $15 for 3 hours! Shame on you money hungry people! You are affecting young kids experiences with this attitude.

Never changes... has always been a good parking area.. what makes it easy is that you get free parking if you go into Scitech. Absolutely one of my favorite places.

Very conveniently placed directly under Scitech...the best thing is you can get your parking validated if you're visiting Scitech so free parking winning

Car was safe it was easy shuttle bus close,airport within walking distance impressed

Very confusing carpark. Trying to figure out where to park and find a paystation to pay up front was extremely annoying and a waste of 15 minutes.

Hardly anyone using the carpark so easy to get close to the entrance
