A really fun and interesting experience right in the heart of Sydney! The zoo is well organised and gives you a great chance to see iconic Australian animals up close, including kangaroos, koalas, and crocodiles. The enclosures are well maintained and the whole experience feels engaging and easy to walk through.nnWhat makes it even more exciting is the new Australian Zoo Passport stamp collection — it’s such a nice interactive idea and makes the visit more memorable, especially if you’re visiting with family or children. Collecting the stamps adds a fun challenge as you explore each section of the zoo.nnOverall, a very enjoyable attraction that’s both educational and entertaining. Definitely worth a visit when in Sydney!
A nice little zoo in the city with a range of native animals. It is a pleasant walk through the exhibits and there is plenty of space for the animals to roam around. The selection of animals is limited, but that makes sense given its located in the city. It still gives a good glimpse of animals you regularly see in Australia, along with some that are native to the country.nnWe bought the 4 attraction pass for $65 dollars which is great value compared to buying each ticket separately. The pass includes SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and access to the Sydney Tower Eye observation deck. All four attractions are close to each other and easy to cover in a single day. The price can vary depending on how close your visit date is and how busy they are, so it is best to buy tickets online in advance.nnThere are plenty of other zoos around Sydney that are better with a wider range of animals and activities, but this one is still worth a visit if you are planning to see all four attractions. It was also very quiet compared to the other three attractions, so it feels much more relaxing.
I had the perfect afternoon at Wild Life Sydney zoo. Could see a variety of animals as the first time of my life! But more than the animals and the chilled environment to enjoy, they have the BEST staff ever! Everyone was so genuine nice, friendly and could share so much about each of those animals’ lives, behaviours, educational tips to preserve them and our planet Earth. Thanks to all and in particular to Andrea and Miles, you made my day, I won’t forget this experience! Until the next visit!
Had a great time in this little zoo today. Small in size but great exhibits. Had a wonderful chat with Andrea about Jackie the amazing little platypus. What a wealth of knowledge learned so much today from her. So many gorgeous native Australian animals.nWas well worth the visit. Would highly recommend if in the area.
WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo is a lovely attraction in Darling Harbour and a great way to see some of Australia’s unique animals. It is smaller and lighter to explore compared to Taronga Zoo, so don’t expect the same level of variety. However, one of the highlights was being able to see the adorable koalas much closer, which made the experience very special. Unfortunately, the crocodile exhibit was closed during our visit, which was a little disappointing. I especially enjoyed watching the platypus swimming up close – it was fascinating and one of my favourite parts of the zoo. The bright green frogs were also unique and memorable. Overall, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo offers an enjoyable and family-friendly experience, especially for visitors who want to see iconic Australian wildlife in the heart of the city.
