Fantastic experience!! the staff made our day!nnWe had such a wonderful time at Madame Tussauds! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.nnA special thank you to Molly at the entrance, who was so helpful when we had an issue with duplicated tickets. She directed us to Danni, who was equally awesome and quickly helped us sort everything out. Their friendly service was a great start to our visit.nnThe wax figures were as fascinating as always, with some exciting new additions, including Cristiano Ronaldo! There are also fun props near some of the figures, which you can wear and use to recreate poses. It makes the photos even more entertaining! There were some immersive experiences also. With Superman and where the superhero figures are.nnWhat really stood out was how helpful the staff were throughout the attraction. There always seemed to be someone nearby happy to help take photos. Ben, the official paparazzi, was absolutely awesome! He was cheerful, professional and had a fantastic sense of humour. He took some amazing photos of us and genuinely made our day nnWe also met Jim, who was wonderful and helped us take some great photos too. Both Ben and Jim were friendly, professional and clearly have great photography skills. A few other lovely staff members also helped us with photos along the way. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming.nnWe spent close to two hours here, but honestly, the time just flew! We laughed, posed, took lots of photos and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.nnA really fun and memorable experience, made even better by the fantastic staff. Highly recommended!
We visited Madame Tussauds Sydney as a family of five, and I have to say, it blew me away! To be completely honest, it turned out to be so much more amazing than I originally anticipated.nI have actually been to other Madame Tussauds locations around the world before, so I thought I knew exactly what to expect. However, the Sydney outlet completely raised the bar and went far above my expectations. What sets this attraction apart is that it is not just a gallery of static wax figurines; the entire place is set up in a brilliantly interactive way. Instead of just standing and looking, you get to engage with the displays, which creates the perfect, memorable opportunities for taking photos. My children thoroughly enjoyed the entire walk-through and were entertained from start to finish.nThe variety of figures is also fantastic. Aside from getting up close with iconic Australian stars, we were thrilled to see a massive lineup of global celebrities as well, including international superstars like Brad Pitt and Jackie Chan. It really offers something for everyone.nOverall, Madame Tussauds Sydney is an excellent attraction and a perfect place for a family outing. The layout is comfortable and easy to navigate, making it a wonderful, gentle short walk for both elderly family members and young children alike. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney!
I had such a good time at Madame Tussauds Sydney. It was super fun getting to pose with all the wax figures. They looked so real, and the details were just amazing. Seeing my favorite celebrities up close was definitely a highlight. It's a truly memorable experience that I highly recommend
This was the best Tussauds I and my husband have visited and we have been to London, Niagara and the Vegas ones.nAlthough smaller than the London one, this is the only one I have visited where you are encouraged to dress up and interact with the models. There are plenty of friendly staff on hand to take your pictures too, so you can capture the fun. We both loved being like a kid again and immersing ourselves with the exhibits.
We had a blast at Madame Tussauds Sydney and would recommend going. Each section of figures was clean, and had props and interactive pieces for photos. The staff were very friendly and gave se great tips for photos. Ben was kind and funny while taking our photos with different figures, and even had some good recommendations for things to do in syndey/AU while here.nnWe booked our tickets online and had zero wait time. Would recommend booking ahead if possible for ease.
