I consider myself a good customer, having spent over one thousand dollars on fish at this aquarium. And Than seemed like a nice and knowledgeable man. I paid $350 for a top model fish tank filter. Within days, my son noticed a humming sound coming from the filter, which seemed to be getting louder. Than sent this back to the supplier for assessment, and the problem was 60% repaired. Within 2 weeks, the same problem progressively worsened with a loud whirring sound and water leaking from a join. But when I phoned Than, he refused to look at the filter unit. I explained that it is still the original problem, but now much worse (and it was never repaired properly in the first place). Than insisted that there was nothing wrong with the unit, yet refused to look at it. I explained that it had a 1 year warranty. However he insisted that there was nothing wrong with the unit, despite my repeated requests to actually to look at it. I don't believe that the owner understands what a 1 year warranty actually means. I don't mind losing the money, but I do believe in doing the right thing.

Jam packed aquarium with passionate and friendly staff. Great fish in excellent health - the new owner Thanh makes stopping by worth while. Keep up the good work guys! See you soon
