Great advise for everything fishtank related and big choice of all aquarium needs. As the live shark tank is now gone, there is even more space available in store.
Not only is it an exciting experience just to visit, the store and tanks are immaculate. The staff are super helpful and genuinely friendly. This is now my preferred aquarium!
Unfortunately I bought contaminated fish from this aquarium. Fish died not long after being introduced into an established aquarium with ideal water parameters and suitable tank mates. There are so many aquariums around with better service. My advice is look elsewhere.
I absolutely loved the experience at this place, the fish are so colourful and the tanks are well set up. This place has inspired me to become a fish keeper myself, and I’m sure anyone else will be inspired to. The prices are affordable, however tanks are a bit expensive. The stock of chemicals and filters are good, and you can find pretty much anything there. Customer service could be a little better, however besides from that I absolutely love this place. I would 100% come here if you have the chance, it is truly a wonder.
True professionals in the aquarium game and a nice bunch off guys as well! They really know there stuff and are always willing to help.
Very very poor customer service. I've been there twice. . Guy on counter does not acknowledge you are there . Need a few good workers with good communication with customers . Will not go back or recommend.

I ordered an aquarium online and the lid arrived smashed. After contacting them they immediately sent out a replacement! The best service I’ve received from a store in a long time. They were so helpful and accommodating. Can’t rave enough. Thank you!! Adrian
Had been watching on YouTube for ages and really wanted to go check out the place. I drove an hour and it Exceeded expectations as we were there just in time for Shark Feeding. Paul and the other staff were amazingly friendly even when it was busy. The range of tropical fish/African Cichlids wasn’t as big as I thought. But if you’re into saltwater and other freshwater fish and everything fish tank, this is HEAVEN!
