Currently undergoing a much-needed upgrade. Improved from our last visit 6 years ago. Still more to do but it is on the up. Koalas, kangaroos, emu, dingos, wombats and echidnas all there. New exhibits are on the way.

This park is local to us and we've been twice. It's pretty expensive but also not crowded and there is lots of chances to pat and interact with the animals. We especially love hanging out with the kangaroos. There are also various shows throughout the day. If you love a friendly non-commercialised relaxed atmosphere then this place is great!

Very very nice and very helpful staff. My Cappuccino and walnut muffin were great. Well done. Thanks for organising such a good venue close to the city. Cheers

This place is overpriced and in desperate need of some TLC( Tender loving care). There's only 3 koala's and some of the cage's don't even have animal's for them anymore. What happened to all the animals? This place needs more koala's to pat and more other animals as well. They also should be taking better care of the animals that they do show. Terrible place to visit. I'm so disappointed. For the money you pay for entry you would expect a nice area where you can eat, but no Old and outdated! I can see why it's called the Worst Zoo in Australia 🇦🇺 I can also see why the RSPCA has had to fine them. Perhaps they could apply for a grant to restore this place to it's former glory. I'm sure it wasn't this bad when we visited it last time. However, that was a few years ago now. Such a shame 😢

I really love visiting this park! They have special sessions to touch and feed certain animals there. Sadly you can't hug the Koala as it is illegal in the state, so you can only lightly pet them on the back. It's definitely a fun place to go with the kids! Highly recommend it for family outings.
