I never write negative opinions about anything but this time I was unfortunately forced to. Symbio Park is a big waste of time and money, especially for international tourist who travels from far. It is inconveniently located, difficult to get there, animals look very unhappy, kept in the small enclosures and there are only few species of them. Park is very small and it takes less than one hour to see everything. If you like to take a picture with an animal, you won't have a chance to even get close to it as it is promised on their social media profiles (which are very far from the reality) and via e-mail. You won't even be able to pat a koala, as it was not allowed by the unpleasant keeper. The "snap" with a koala was basically me 2 meters from the koala, I think I can take such shot anywhere else without paying for that 20 dollars! When I refused taking such photo and asked for my money back, they promised to return it but I've never got it back on my account! It should be considered as a scam!!! On top, staff is far from being polite, one of the keepers should get some serious customer service training. The only good thing about this place is their marketing team which works really hard to present Symbio in a completely opposite way as it is. I regret going there to see this sad place, unhappy animals and experience rude staff, I wouldn't advice anyone to go there.

Visited it with overseas guests. They were absolutely blown away with the visit and especially with the Koala experience. They were very excited about getting up close and with wallabies and being able to feed them. Very happy to be able to provide this experience to our guests and proud that it is in our local area! Staff are outstanding with the animals and the enviroment is as good as it can get in captivity. It is not a 'zoo' as such but a proper wildlife park.

It's a small but well maintained zoo. It's great for toddlers as they can run around without you loosing them. Nice interactive elements to feed the animals and the shows are always really great. The front staff are always new so it can sometimes be a bit painful to get in and purchase from the shop.

Much better than I expected it to be. The only disappointment was I did not get to see all the animals but don't know if the Cage's were empty or if the animals were sleep elsewhere. A very well laid out zoo and very well maintained. Well worth a visit.

We love this place - it's pretty compact so perfect for our toddler to get around. There's a great variety of animals and you can get up close and personal with kangaroos, wallabies, sheep and goats which the kids love. We have been on weekdays and weekends and it has never been too crowded.
