Five koalas! Never before have I managed to find so many in one Brisbane reserve on one day. Not only that, but there's also a lot of bird life here as well, especially if you include the little lake. So if you want to go out and see koalas in their natural environment, this is the place to come.
Nice place for a walk with my dog on-lead. Lots of different trails and clear paths. Quite a few facilities for sporting activities as well as a playground for the kids and a dog park on the far side of the reserve. Lots of parking spots
he place has a lot to offer if you're looking for some outdoor relaxation. We started by walking along the trails, which were easy to navigate and not too challenging, making it perfect for the kids. Afterward, we spent a bit of time at the playground – it's quite spacious and has a variety of equipment that kept the kids entertained for a while. One thing we appreciated was the amount of open space. It allowed us to spread out, set up a picnic, and just relax. The grassy areas are well-kept, which made it comfortable to sit on. However, more shaded areas would’ve been nice as the sun was pretty strong that day. Also, we didn’t see any nearby food options, so I’d suggest bringing your own snacks or drinks. In the end, Whites Hill Reserve turned out to be a good spot for a peaceful day outdoors with the family.
Nice and quite good place to relax and enjoy the wildlife. Some of the track is not wheelchair friendly but the main path is. A lot of different birds to see as well. The tracks are easy to hard depending on how you are. Good place for walking your dogs. Highly recommend going to have a look .
Well maintained paths in natural surroundings. Some good lookout points. Cafe is excellent.
