A great place for the family. There are barbecues, undercover picnic tables, several large well maintained grassed areas to fly a kite, throw a boomerang/Frisbee, or kick a ball around. A nice area to run the dog. There is also a pontoon nearby to launch a canoe or other watercraft that can be carried to the launch area. I often encounter walkers/runners/cyclists of all ages using the gravel track that winds along beside the creek. The area seems to attract a lot of photographers, as there is so much wildlife and interesting landscapes to be seen along the track.

Great park for a bbq or gathering. Plenty of seating, toilets, bbqs and more. Beautiful surroundings. Great if you into fishing with a poontoon to fish and nice walking tracks for you or the pets. Well worth a look.

This is where I do my regular Tai Qi practice. Great open spaces with well kept facilities.

I have walked this common for a long time about five years I have never seen the walking track in such a muddy mess not at all maintained, it appears that trucks use it and leave the track chopped up just waiting for the next rainfall to fill and almost impassible perhaps someone can regularly check and fill the holes with either topsoil or gravel like material. I walk in other parks that are maintained, until such time that the works department makes it attractive and safe to walk again
