The Brisbane Markets is home to two different markets.

The Saturday Fresh Market is a foodie’s delight, with fresh produce and gourmet goodies galore, while the Sunday Discovery Market is a second-hand shopping haven.

TLDR: Got a wheelchair or cane? Need flat surfaces? You'll be OK.

There are many reviews already praising the freshness and inexpensiveness of the food and the tasty breaky options, so instead I will say that this is a great market to visit for those with a mobility disability. 

There are many places to park (both free and paid), however I would recommend paying and parking near the main gate. The markets themselves are on a flat surface, with stalls on either bitumen or concrete. 

The aisles are wide and if you head in early, can get around quite easily. Heading in early also means that it is pretty quiet as the musicians have not yet set up and there are not as many people.

Big market. Get there early for parking. The food area has great variety and smells delish. Easy listening guitar music live on sunday mornings. Plenty to see. Loads of plants, clothes and stuff in general. $1 entry fee. Kids u15 are free (as it should be). Go early and have some yummy breakfast. Lots to choose from..

Not good on a hot day. Mostly junk. Sausages for brekkie were great. 4 bucks for parking way too pricey.

I went to the Saturday market. There were a lot of fruits and vegetables. I found a delicious bakery shop “sprout artisan bakery”. It’s very delicious.

Big market, one of the biggest in Brisbane. Not much fine food or healthy food. Good range of products but cheaper items, focus on low price not so much high quality but it is what it is - a popular Sunday Market.
