Great picnic area with plenty of walks and things to explore. New BBQ facilities and plenty of space for a kick around or other outdoor games. If you are lucky, the creel might have some water which will make your outing more pleasant and overall more enjoyable to the eyes. Fantastic spot for families button this stage there is not a kid play area.

Absolutely brilliant walk to the water fall and the picnic area has lots of space to play catch etc. Parking though is rather hard to find. There is toilets and picnic tables there. This is a beautiful park and falls

It's hard to believe that you're so close to a capital city. Slaughter Falls feels like you're in the bush but with the convenience of driveable tracks, well set up picnic spots and clean toilets. But if you want to walk into tough bush and sense remoteness, you can do just that. It's a top spot to visit if you want to get away from it all but don't want to drive too far from the city.

Not a bad spot. Worthwhile heading for a picnic or bbq. Well situated to Brisbane City and definitely some lovely scenery

Great place to go walking. So many trails to choose from, never much water (unless it rains, we are in Australia....). It can get very busy at peak times, but in the mornings and afternoons there is plenty of parking and try going off the main tracks.
