The picnic area is large and expansive with a number of tables and a big grassy area to run or play in. As for the tracks themselves, they are well-maintained and cater for a variety of skill levels from families with small kids up to more intrepid hikers. One thing to note is not every track junction is signed to indicated which direction to follow in order to stay on the current track, but other than that the tracks are good. Golden Boulder trail has informative signs along the way that describe the history of gold mining in the area. The flora and fauna are in abundance, with birds everywhere - watch out in particular for the Brush Turkeys, as they will follow you along the tracks for over 100m hoping for food!

Love this place! Great spot for a bbq or picnic. Chilled as! Nice little walking tracks around and lovely grass to put that picnic blanket out on.

Bellbird Grove has some of the most spectacular hiking trails within the Enoggera Reservoir region leading off from it. It’s definitely a beautiful place to start, finish or even be the halfway point along your hiking trail. Bellbird Grove doesn’t only have long hiking trails leading off from it though. It has trails for people or all ages. Even trails that will only take you 15 minuets to slowly walk around and take in all the beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend that you go check out this place. Take a picnic lunch also. Enjoy your day out.
