Great product range and super helpful staff. I ordered online & the order shipment was fast, even over the busy Christmas holiday period, plus my order arrived with a personalised note inside - nice touch. Staff were also quick to respond to questions & feedback sent via Messenger

The Trail Co. team is always ready and willing to help with expert advice, shoe-fitting assistance, and after-care care. I struggle to stick to budget each time I visit because it's all so reasonably priced and I want one of everything! I especially love their sock walls, with different models, sizes, and colours for every runner and more Injinji toe socks than I've ever seen before. And once you're done shopping, you can settle in for a fine brew at the attached café. I drive across town to shop at The Trail Co., because it's worth the drive.

Tim was great, knowledgable and happy to provide advice. I arrived looking to get a hydration vest still with questions after my own research and he made it easy to pick one after understanding my requirements. He was happy to explain the little details of the products that make them different and spoke with experience about their range of nutrition. I walked away confident in my purchase and will be back for my next pair of trail shoes or to just hang out in their cafe. Cheers.
