It's local to me and rather large, easy to walk fire trails with little elevation, but a few rock scrambles if you look for them!

Lovely place to visit. Well maintained and interesting and varied tracks to follow...we'll be back to complete all tracks.

This is one of l largest  parks on Brisbane. Long walking trails . Bar-be-que facilities good place to exercise   many trails with sindposts.  If you move stay in the groove . If you sit will never be fit , Get out and exercise
