Lovely quiet little piece of paradise in the city. I like to go for an easy walk and try to spot some bugs, fungi, lichens.
Gorgeous piece of forest in the south side of the city. Most paths suitable for bikes, prams and people who use wheelchairs, though some paths are steep, so that's a consideration. Dogs permitted on leash. Lots of friendly people, but not crowded. We were lucky enough to see a koala.
We came on a weekend. It's a popular spot but I've always gotten a park. Haven't been here for a while. It's been well maintained. Home to koalas but we didn't see any. I haven't used the bbq or picnic areas. There are options to do a variety of walks and cycling tracks too. The dogs enjoyed it. The undercover areas and toilet block are handy.
Fantastic forest to take the dogs for a walk with numerous trails. Great wildlife and if you’re lucky you might spot a koala!
Popular place for workouts Biking, hiking and jogging. Gives some nice views of Brissy suburbs around. Wilderness and prehistoric natural artefacts Sandstones can be reasons for interest.
