First time to be referred to this clinic and I was impressed with the service that I experienced. My consultation with Dr Gretta was great - she is very knowledgeable and has answered all of my questions regarding my condition. Her massage therapy eliminated the pain and swelling that I have had for months. Please extend my appreciation for the outstanding work she does.
Dr Eressea Cross Is so very professional in giving treatment that keeps me very much mobile with the impact my Disabilitys have on me. Very Caring and compassionate person who loves to have a chat, and we'll knowledged in many areas of life. Dr Cross is a Senior and is well experienced Osteopath who I would highly recommend.
I have been attending appointments across both sites afor a while, and each member of staff performs their specific role with confidence, each of them will work with you to ensure that your objectives are met.
I have always found everyone to be friendly and very skilled in their roles at Western Region Health. I have been coming here since they first opened and have recommended others to use all their services as they can help in many areas and they keep expanding to benefit their clients. Jade has done an amazing job in not just expanding her business, but choosing and training a talented team that enables everyone to find someone to suit their needs.
I had my first appointment with Dr Alanah Hayes and she was so kind to me straight off the bat. She was extremely understanding with all my problems and gave me multiple different resources to help follow up. Her treatment was effective and she always explained what she was going to do! Would definitely recommend, especially to young women who are struggling with their health.
With only one session under my belt I would highly recommend. I now have a path forward to a resolution to be pain free
I have been a patient of WRO for over 15 years, Highly recommend all clinicians & the Pilates program. I required a prosthetic disc in my spine 13 years ago & the continuous support I have received from Jade & her team over the years is phenomenal I honestly wouldn’t have the life I have today without them. I’ve said it a million times before, and I’ll say it a million times again, Jade and her amazing osteopathic practitioners at Western Region Health saved my life. Their thorough, ongoing and holistic approach to treatment have helped me overcome complex physical injuries, significant pain and movement issues, and have enabled me to lead a full and active life. They care as much about my health and wellbeing as I do.
I have attended WRH for many years now for numerous issues but more so this past 3 years + after a car accident. Marc my Osteopath has been amazing throughout the whole time alongside Dan and the others with Pilates and just info and guidance.
