Rude Reception staff. Asking for my wife ultrasound images. One staff told me its ready and we have already sent SMS but i didn't receive. Called again and other staff told that you will get it after 24hrs. I was explaining but they disconnected call.
This being my first pregnancy I went for my 12 week ultrasound here, saw the sonographer, short blond woman before scan even started she told me it was too early to see anything through abdominal scan and she may have to do a vaginal scan to which I declined and she sighed in annoyance. Also asked me for information regarding my first ultrasound and because it’s my first time and being young with no knowledge of these things she became annoyed and told me she had to “measure everything all over again” Never got to hear my babies heartbeat either : but after all I was jst happy to see my baby alive and kicking.
The ladies on reception today were amazing, it's a very busy place and they keep people moving with a smile on their faces. Always professional.
Reception staff rude, I had two children with me, we're sitting, she walk to me start yelling & telling me off saying we have no space.. etc! But the African Radiology lady staff was helpful. It's a small clinic & unpleasant experience. Better you improve your behavior towards people!
This is the Worst place So after waiting 10 minutes on the phone to make a appointment Staff are so rude as I made a appointment for my son they asked if I had a mask exemption or my son I said I do my son doesn’t then they still ask if I can still wear a mask regardless This shouldn’t have even been a question after I’ve told them I had a exemption My doctor had said the X-ray would be bulk billed but however they said no it would be at a charge $115 and a rebate of $35 i would be out of pocket $80 I then proceeded to Lumus imaging Melton No questions asked about the masks it was a walk in for X-rays and it was bulked billed like my doctor had said
Absolutely rubish and insulating behaviour no ethics to treat elderly patients it is not only reception staff mistake the people who hire them must be absolutely unprofessional how can not give them proper customer service training
I didn’t have good experience the lady was rude and didn’t explain very well during my morphology scan.
Disgusting absolutely mortified with this company I was pushed to the side like a leper because I couldn't and didn't want to wear a pathetic tyranny cult mask to stop the oxygen for myself and my baby..the worker there was abusive towards me and I was terrified I will be taking this further and never again will I be discriminated for a chemical mask in my life again didn't even ask me if I even had a medical condition except I was marched over to 4 covered chairs with plastic on them...crimes against humanity wake up!!
Rude unprofessional receptionists.They lose your referral, then when you go to your appointment expecting to be seen, they’ve just wasted your time and they cancel it and make you re book due to their carelessness, oh then they want to argue with you and refuse to accept responsibility over their mistake. I’m disgusted and really disappointed as you can’t get in straight away so you’ve waited weeks for the appointment and now it’s longer again to wait for another appointment, plus you’re obviously going there due to needing scans which is already stressful enough! Either close it down or get new staff, simple
To be honest, I was a bit scared to make an appointment here after I read bad reviews but surprisingly they were very friendly! I had an xray appointment today and all the receptionist were nice and helpful. I don't remember the name but the Asian male radiographer who took my xray was also kind and professional. It was my first visit and overall, I had very positive experience.
