I walked in at 815 and was the only person there so I went straight in. I was seen by Sandy, She was amazing. She asked if I was ok with needles and said I could lie down if I wasn't. She was very friendly and professional and had a little bit of chit chat. I think she could see I was a bit nervous. Wonderful service. Thank you

Went there today with my daughter 7yo. Gave the referral and asked me where I got it from, if we’ve done the test. I said the clinic and haven’t been done the test. I was given instructions from the the other clinic of what to do and she was just speaking to me in a rude way. I told myself to calm down, my daughter needed a blood test done. She said she’ll try to do it, and next time come before 3pm as there’s another person who can help to hold my daughter. My daughter was already freaking out, I wanted my daughter to look away, and she said, “no don’t do that!” she just showed the needle and my poor child just freaked out more and crying in fear. And even told her that “we have to do it now!” I know she did her best to convince my daughter but the way she spoke to us wasn’t just friendly at all. in the end I told her we’re not doing it, as she was crying nos stop already. I just wanted to get out of the room as I could feel I’m going to burst in anger with how rude and unfriendly she was. And my daughter just don’t want to go back to her.
Have always used this clinic for my bloods. Always friendly and professional staff. Opening times are great
