I've been so impressed every time I've been to Lake Imaging at both Bacchus Marsh and Melton. But particularly Melton, because I'm not really expecting it. I feel bad to say that, but the staff are just lovely, and the atmosphere is always relaxed no matter how busy they are. Highly recommend!
Absolutely ridiculous service. I booked an appointment well in advance to make sure it's a female sonographer for the appointment and called 2 days in advance to make sure they have done as requested. They decided to put book us with male sonographer instead and when requested they were giving us appointment for weeks later. Such a waste of time, now I had call multiple facilities to try and get the appointment urgently just because of pure negligence and irresponsible behaviour of these unprofessional people.
service delivery was very professional and on time. Receptionist very kind and welcoming. imaging technicians are professional and answer all the questions, and very clear instructions given for preparetion. premises clean tidy and well arranged. Parking available on site. I am recon this place without any hesitation for your emailing requirements.
Nobody ever wants to be unwell, however I found the service efficient and prompt. I walked in just before they closed on a Saturday, and I received great service to book a scan. At the scan these staff were very friendly and helpful.
