The Western Heritage is the only motel in Moranbah with king size beds and a swimming pool. We also have a la-carte restaurant open for dinner 5 nights a week (Monday - Friday).

Story

The Western Heritage is built on 2 hectares of landscaped. We have an award winning Restaurant in our main complex with Cocktail Bar and lounge open to guests and the public 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) Reservations a must, please call to book a table.

Our Conference/Training/Board room is ideal for all functions or corporate meetings or training. We are the closest Hotel to Mine sites and the Airport easy to find on the corner of Goonyella Road and Mills Avenue at the entrance to Moranbah with in walking distance to the towns CBD.

Our large family rooms are ideal for shared accommodation families and sporting groups. We also offer some rooms with cooking facilities for long staying customers. Our newly renovated 50 unit Motel was designed to cater for the Corporate Traveller with big spacious showers that will get the coal dust off. We are the only motel in town that has king sized beds and a swimming pool. We also have free Wi-Fi and pay TV channels (6 channels) and ample parking.

Over priced. Maintenance isn’t up to standard. The grounds like mowing isn’t up to standard. Restaurant is closed ?? Joseph old manager was good. Bring him back. I’ll stay else where next time.
The girls who have served me at the restaurant and bar at the hotel have been amazing. They had a tough time tonight due to Christmas party’s but I want to give a massive shout out to them both for doing the best they can. Excellent service with a smile
Travelled to Moranbah for work - what an absolute treat it was to have stayed here.nnCustomer service was faultless- room size is enormous.nnDesk size was so spaciousnnThe bar and restaurant had a lively menu.nnI had the seafood curry which was very tasty.nnCan I say the highlight for me apart from the customer service was that bed and shower. OmgnnThanks for such a lovely stay!
Lovely Hotel, we stay monthly for work. Always clean, nice amenities, kind staff, good check out process and good water pressure in the showers. My only suggestion is that we would like some cutlery in the room to eat dinner with.
I had dinner in the restaurant and chose the Chicken and Leek Crepe. It was delicious! Possibly the best chicken crepe I have ever had. The bar staff were lovely. Highly recommend! 10/10
