Very basic which is fine. Food is hit and miss. Staff are friendly. Air con in room doesn't work on a 40 degree day. Still waiting for maintenance guy to come fix it or move me to another room? The office hasn't decided yet. Somewhat very inconvenient for me. Let's hope they don't lock children in cars on a hot day with that kind of attitude
Not a place I would pick if I had a choice. Did not feel clean or welcoming.nnI am not a smoker and having cigarette butts in the entry mat next to a quarter full tin of butts with even more scattered around the rocks next to the room is not an appealing look.nnAlso, the liability waver you are forced to sign is far from friendly and way over the top in my view. If you do stay there remember to bring your own soap as it is not provided.nnThat said the room was basic but ok as was the food, and the restaurant staff were friendly.
Initial stay, the cabin was disappointing. The curtains were mouldy ! I requested a change; to be advised it would be done the next day. When I got back at 4:30 pm the next day … not done . Another phone call and they were changed. The food is great 50% of the time and average the other 50%. The place needs a hot chocolate / coffee machine
Not the best Miner's Camp I have been to.nVery average for accommodation. The food is good.nNo, washing powder, no soap, no wifi…nBut, it lies in the centre of town, there is a coles across the road.
I stay here for work, personally I think its great. Good food, good rooms.
