Very well priced accommodation with breakfast and dinner included…clean and comfortable
If you're on night shift, don't even consider staying here. With industrial shops one side, a mechanic the other side that pumps the music and maintenance contractors making a racket thoughout the day you'll be lucky to even fall asleep, let alone stay asleep. Rooms are average and have had cockroachs all 3 times I've stayed. Room wasn't cleaned once in the 15 days I was there last.
Awesome Food... Great Location... Needs to improve on the cleanliness part of the bed sheets & pillows.... Overall Great experience. Highly recommended for Moranbah
Pleasant staff but hotel walls were so thin it sounded like the gentleman in the next room was sneezing in my room. The footy show was played on his TV until late, again sounding like it was my TV rather than the room next to me. Room was clean but the noise was just unbearable.
Terrible experience booked a family room with a double and 2 single beds only the double bed had bed sheets! Gave us only 1 towel andnThe power was out for the whole night and still charged us full price! When i asked for the manager to discuss the pricing of the room they kept beating around the Bush and saying they will ring me when the manager comes in. I rang up several times asking for the manager because i got sick of waitingdays and kept getting the same response I will never be staying here again.
