Just witnessed the most disgusting display by a male agent from this office as he followed a young woman into the carpark while loudly and nastily verbally abusing her for no reason I could discern. Absolutely foul behaviour from a supposed 'professional' agent. No wonder they have so many bad reviews.
Extremely poor waiting over a year for a plumbing issue that has rendered a bathroom unusable for over 8 months, an air-conditioning system that hasn't been repaired for over three years a malfunctioning water pump that's causing increased water consumption the list goes on and now they're trying to up the rent! RTA and tribunal here we come!
Did not have a good experience with Neil over the phone. I missed an inspection due to me being in hospital and he called me bitterly and blatantly refused me another inspection despite me trying to apologise and explain my situation. He then hung up the unresolved phone call leaving me uncomfortable with the entire situation. I wouldn't even recommend him to anyone after reading negative reviews on facebook.
The male that answers the phone is so rude and shouldn’t be working there…. He makes you feel like your telling lies when your telling the truth I would never trust this agent
Great experience, staff very helpfull with arranging viewing during my troubled times, I had to reschedule however they were happy to help with this and were very friendly to deal with. Thank you
